“My usual company let me down right at the last minute so went "googling". Found GoPromotional and very glad I did. They were a lifesaver. I dealt with Nicola Teal their Senior Account Manager from start to finish, and she was absolutely brilliant - nothing was too much trouble. The end product was fabulous (grey rucksack with our school logo on it). Very professional and on the ball throughout the whole process. I will now be using GoPromotional from now on and will not be reverting back to the previous company I have used for a few years. Thank you Nicola and GoPromotional for everything you did regarding my order.”

“From my first email detailing what I wanted Amanda Whitaker was extremely helpful. The art proofs were sent through extremely quickly and then amended and sent back very quickly when I asked for changes. Everything arrived before the expected delivery dates and Amanda was always very quick to respond to my emails. We are also really pleased with the quality of the items and the price (cheaper and better quality than items we have purchased from Total Merchandise in the past). Would definitely recommend!”

“Loved the bag and the design - they looked great, however the quality of the bags seem poor, as we had extras we have been using them ourselves (very lightly) and the rope became detached on one corner on two of them on out first use. I hope the ones we gave the guests are holding up better, Thanks!”

“Nicola Tea (Senior Account Manager) at Go Promotional handled our order from start to finish. Nicola was extremely helpful in all aspects of the process - from helping us decided which products would be most suited to our customers, to keeping us updated on delivery times and checking in on us after the products had been delivered. The customer service is brilliant, and the finished products are better than I imagined, and such high quality. Thank you Nicola, and thank you Go Promotional!”
