“I was told that I would receive a delivery by 6pm this evening for an event tomorrow but as of yet still no delivery. Very disappointing if i had known I wasn't go to get the delivery I would have told the volunteer running an event… really need this delivery and some help from the go promotional team”

“I have recently placed an order for key rings and umbrellas. It's been a lengthy process of e mails backwards and forwards for quotes and designs. Deborah has been extremely helpful and prompt replying to all my queries and sending samples and given me confidence that you are the best supplier for my needs. Look forward to receiving our order in the next couple of weeks.”

“Service provided was excellent, even to them doing the artwork for us. Everything was done in an efficient timely manner. The only criticism would be that the identified delivery date was only partially met. I was expecting everything to be with me by that date. Some items came early, some on the date and the last parcel came the following day. All in all everything was with me for our event, this may be an issue with the delivery company and not Go Promotional. “Hi Holly responded to our initial enquiry immediately and the service provided by her throughout was first class. It was disappointing however when the warehouse dispatched the wrong items. On a positive note again Holly reacted immediately and solved the problem to our satisfaction. I would have no hesitation in contacting you again with future orders. Regards Sharon Faulkner”

“Firstly, there should be an excellent tab above, as overall, I found Holly at Go Promotional EXCELLENT, not just very good. I would highly recommend Holly if you are a business looking to purchase promotional products. I had been let down by a supplier and needed to order some branded cups in a very short period of time. Holly was incredibly thorough when it came to taking the spec, deciding on possible products and ensuring the artwork was spot on. She pulled out all the stops to meet our deadlines and was meticulous when it came to the finer detail, and the end product was perfect. Nothing was too much trouble for her. The cups arrived to our office ahead of schedule. I also requested that two batches to be sent to the Netherlands, which also arrived ahead of schedule. If you want to deal with someone you can really rely on to get things done, Holly is the person you should contact. I will certainly use Holly again for our next order!”
