“Although I ended up not making a purchase (not at the fault of GoPromotional) the customer service was excellent and the dedication and patience of Jess meant I told all my friends about the company and recommended their services. Jess' kindness and understanding when we couldn't go ahead with the purchase meant I would definitely do my best to come back and make future purchases with this company.”
