“Unfortunately although the products may be of a good quality I have to agree with the negative reviews on here regarding the incredibly long dispatch and arrival times for delivery. Also customer service is a bit clueless. I asked to swap size of the product I ordered a few hours after ordered and the reply completely disregarded what I had said”

“Quick response however my enquiry regarding suitability of boots was answered incorrectly recommending a pair of boots not suitable for my 11year old . Boots returned, and unfortunately as you were not able to guide me on a suitable replacement sought a pair from elsewhere .”
