“Disappointed with the service from this company. I had to chase my order after it wasn’t delivered where I was told the company was aware and my order was in the warehouse. Fast forward approximately three more weeks, no order received. A further email from me resulted in a refund of postage but no information about the order, this was finally received several days later. Over four weeks before receipt of an item costing £5 not good enough won’t be shopping here again.”

“Products were good and as expected. However, did find postage took a lot longer than expected even with understanding the working day expectations- one package took over a week to arrive and when you pay with tracked postage it should be better.”
