“The muzzle arrived after a few days and was well packed in a pouch with good insstructions, photo and ties as described. the plastic is lovely and soft / pliable. I would like it if they could supply an extra set of ties as an option we could select at purchase. Great not to have excess plastic waste 'out there' but my houdini horse keeps ditching her muzzle - as I attached it to a field safe halter NOT the one GS recommended, and that has insufficient velcro to keep it on. Therefore I have to put it on something else - so extra ties would be good and I suspected this would happen!”

“Ordering process was good but the 2 fly rugs are absolutely rubbish. Poor quality and rubbish fit. Keep slipping. One is already broken within a space of a week”
