“The product I ordered was on 48 hour delivery. This was lost for over 2 weeks. Then royal mail marked it as delivered to an unknown address. The company is refusing to give me a refund until they have reached a resolutions with Royal Mail which may take up to 30 days. Unacceptable customer service, would not order again”

“The product was ok (although didn't fit) but speed of delivery was very poor. Paid £7.95 (as opposed to standard Royal Mail £3.95) thinking item would arrive quicker. Took over a week to arrive which is ridiculous in this day and age! I hope you issue the refund faster! I have bought from GS equestrian many times before and never had this problem so very disappointed. Will definitely think twice before purchasing from you again.”
