“Item didn’t fit, couldn’t exchange for a different size so had to pay to return for a refund. Paid to refund and then had postage taken off again at point of refund. Disappointing so won’t be reordering.”

“This is a very expensive mask needed however there is no padding at all so it has rubbed nose area ear area So so disappointed thought it would help my poor boy 30 year old con with eye problems Why can’t you add padding such a shame”

“Very disappointed! After purchasing online on 2/4/25 i find today 13/5/25 that after waiting for it to be delivered and enquiring about the delivery and its whereabouts Ive been refunded with zero explanation, even though Id been sent a tracking number which brought up UPS and from what i could see on that it never left the UK if that was even the correct tracking information, i ordered from UK to AUS from another equestrian company on the same day and that item arrived with no issue within a short time frame, so im very disappointed to find that i now have to find this item elsewhere and start the process all over again very disappointed with this experience”
