“Very disappointed! After purchasing online on 2/4/25 i find today 13/5/25 that after waiting for it to be delivered and enquiring about the delivery and its whereabouts Ive been refunded with zero explanation, even though Id been sent a tracking number which brought up UPS and from what i could see on that it never left the UK if that was even the correct tracking information, i ordered from UK to AUS from another equestrian company on the same day and that item arrived with no issue within a short time frame, so im very disappointed to find that i now have to find this item elsewhere and start the process all over again very disappointed with this experience”

“I ordered two items one of the items was fine. The other was the wrong colour although the label stated it was the colour I ordered. I have sent back the wrong item and have he are nothing since I would like to have my money back. But that not even acknowledged receipt if item.”

“Delivered so late I had to make a trip to town to buy some while waiting for it to arrive. Haven’t used GS Equestrian for ages because of previous issues with delivery but figured I should give them another chance. Oh well 🙄”

“I ordered some white riding tights, along with some stud muffins. The horses obviously thoroughly enjoyed their treats! As for the riding tights, they were true to size, of good quality and for a decent price. I have bought from G S Equestrian on a number of occasions and highly recommend them.”
