“Unfortunately there is metal clips over the Withers and down the shoulder line so if it falls back and you don’t order the neck brace it makes the horse sore. I’ve only used it for two days and it is made the horse very sore across the shoulders line. There’s no adjustable straps at the front.! and I’m very disappointed! As I do not need a neck cover as my pony does not need this! Unfortunately, the only way to stop it from rubbing will probably to purchase this! Hopefully someone replied to me and suggest what I do! As like I say, the metal clips are rubbing her like mad! So I will have to purchase a new rug very disappointed in this product!”

“As usual the service from GS Equestrian was excellent. There was an issue with a delay to the delivery but this was caused by the courier, not GS, so not their fault. I pointed this out and they immediately refunded my delivery charge (I did not ask, they offered).”
