“The products themself are exactly what we were after, unfortunately part of the order was dispatched incorrectly and the wrong item was sent. The return process itself was simple but unfortunately it took so long (72hrs plus) for the replacement product to arrive, the event it was originally purchased for had passed, which was very disappointing.”

“Very disappointed in the quality of a top brand item I ordered. Although the quality isn’t GS Equestrians fault it is their responsibility to make sure what their customers are receiving is in perfect condition. The sheepskin on said item looks like it has been hacked with a pair of blunt scissors, not acceptable for something that cost over £100. See pictures attached.”
