Unfortunately although the products may be of a good quality I have to agree with the negative reviews on here regarding the incredibly long dispatch and arrival times for delivery. Also customer service is a bit clueless. I asked to swap size of the product I ordered a few hours after ordered and the reply completely disregarded what I had said
