“Was my go to online store. The product selection is hood shipping is fast and free over £50 making it easy to buy from. However I really dislike the points system. Firstly All my points were deleted when they switched systems and now they expire with 6 months! Which is useless if you want to be loyal and also save points for a voucher or small treat. I tend to do 2 big orders Spring and Autumn of rugs etc but my points have vanished within 6 months. Other Equestrian stores don’t do this which does promote loyalty. Either scrap it or at least make them last a year as it’s irritating to find them just deleted kind of feels stealthy.”
