“Do not buy from this company they do not honor warranty I bought some faulty muck boots, still well within warranty but they refuse to help. Customer service is non existent they just repeat themselves, save yourself money and stress and buy from a honest company”

“I absolutely love you be GS turnout rugs. I have a herd of horses that live out all year round and these are the only rugs that stay in place, don't rub and don't blow off!! I will never us any other rug.”

“Product good, dispatch good, delivery and customer service after delivery dissapointing. I mistakenly put the wrong house number for my daughter's house and it was delivered to the nextdoor neighbour. They refused the delivery as they didn't recognise my name. PO tracking said it would be returned to the sender. It wasn't. PO redelivered the next day when the neighbour was out and left the package outside with photographic evidence. TBF that is a PO issue - a totally stupid thing to do (but looks good on their stats I guess). However between the two delivery attempts I contacted customer service at GS but got a total fob off - it was delivered, we have evidence, no further help! It was clear they had not considered the matter in any depth, there was a photo of the package on a doorstep, no need to do anything more. Poor service in my view.”
