“Bought the hi viz winter jacket which was delivered quickly. Ideal for dog walks, especially with the dark winter mornings and evenings. Ordered the medium which is a good fit for me but if you are wearing for horse riding with a back protector order a size up.”

“Lovely boots but sadly had to return them as they were too long. I am not a particularly tall person and the boots came right up to my knee making them uncomfortable to wear. Returned easily enough and have now received a full refund”

“I have previously been very happy with the products and service from this company but am most disappointed this time. The website was confusing re " click and collect" items, whic can only be picked up at the company depot, whereas the phrase usually implies that you can collect locally - eg, Argos and similar stores, and also despite my order being over £100, a sneaky charge was applied for a " split order" I did not request a split order but the company clearly could not fill the order straight away as the rug I ordered took ages to arrive ( and was the cause of the order being split presumably) but I would have just waited for the whole lot to arrive at once. I also had cause to ring to clarify the above and the operative was not very friendly to speak to. I shall think twice before using this company again.”

“Lies upon lies about expected delivery dates, told (after waiting hours for replies) that its due to be dispatched, to then be told it's not ready because an item is missing. I ahve explained to them that i am now wasting 2 days of horsebox hire (£300) to wait for this order as i wanted to head down to my show early as its a four hour drive. They aren't taking this seriously, they're barely responding and my parcel STILL hasn't left them. Absolutely disgusting service, no remorse, no attempt to help me.”
