“Quick efficient service”

“Lies upon lies about expected delivery dates, told (after waiting hours for replies) that its due to be dispatched, to then be told it's not ready because an item is missing. I ahve explained to them that i am now wasting 2 days of horsebox hire (£300) to wait for this order as i wanted to head down to my show early as its a four hour drive. They aren't taking this seriously, they're barely responding and my parcel STILL hasn't left them. Absolutely disgusting service, no remorse, no attempt to help me.”

“Lovely boots purchased. Really love the look of them. Not as supportive (cushioned) in the heel as I would have liked and one calf is bigger than the other so slightly tight but they are lovely boots and will definitely continue to wear them!”
