“The product was ok (although didn't fit) but speed of delivery was very poor. Paid £7.95 (as opposed to standard Royal Mail £3.95) thinking item would arrive quicker. Took over a week to arrive which is ridiculous in this day and age! I hope you issue the refund faster! I have bought from GS equestrian many times before and never had this problem so very disappointed. Will definitely think twice before purchasing from you again.”

“Customer service very good, happy with GS Equestrian but not happy Royal Mail , as my order has been delayed. Lyndsey at GS Equestrian, very helpful and assured me that she would chase Royal Mail and remove shipping costs . I was not happy that my email was not responded too but happy with telephone call outcome with Lyndsey. Still waiting for my goods but have been reassured I will receive them and will be updated as too when.”

“Bought a pair of Dublin river boots as I needed waterproof footwear for work. Within one week they were letting water in. Emailed and had a phonecall with GS Equestrian who wanted a picture of the issue. Not entirely sure how a picture would prove they are letting water in. Worst boots I ever spent money on.”
