I couldn’t view all the quotes and when I tried several times I received details of companies which refused to quote.

Disgusted with go compare.i had an accident in 2018 and because I don't know how much the repairs cost I can't get insurance.i was not at fault for the accident,so why would the guilty parties insurers tell me.not even my insurance company at the time know how much it cost.

Very poor I payed for a insurance and they cancelled the insurance after 3 hour and charge me for cancellation fee should’ve let me even perches the insurance first place

I have been unable to get through to Hastings Direct via Go Compare to take out a new insurance cover for my car. The website will not let me complete the registration and take payment. I have made MANY attempts but cannot proceed !! Perhaps someone can help me ? Is there anyone on the end of the telephone?

Every quote I went to price went up at end. Asked why no response. Tried 3 companies. Went compare market in end. And another £20 cheaper

Prices quoted were far higher then other quotes received from reputable companies, will probably not waste my time going back to their site

Too difficult to understand and not factually clear. Companies change policies when they want and I've found quotes change when you reload/refresh a quote.

found the insurance company I would have loved to go with. when I rang to take out the insurance, the lady told me that I have 2 insurance claims within the last 5 years which was not trrue!!. Anyway, I went to Compare The Market, and bought the insurance with no porblems. They were able to see from the computer 'feed' that I have 10 years no claims.

The intro,great, the presentation, great, the let down, your so secure system would not let me back in. Doh! So I went elsewhere and got the same price, without the £250 excess allowance, but that only benefits if one claims!!

Completed form with right insurance declaring an accident I had 2 years ago, quoted me £503, was happy with it so i paid, then they emailed me saying I haven't declared it and they are taking a further £2000 out my bank, absolutely impossible to get them on the phone and they haven't replied to my email, I have at to cancel my debit card, bastards

No matter how often I receive a quote every time I press the link it takes me to more expensive quotes. I can press it instantly on receiving the quote but always it’s more expensive. Waste of my time. Don’t trust them at all

Very unhelpful the person a woman I spoke to on the phone was very rude I told her I wanted to ensure my car I needed to ask one question she refused to answer my question very rude an unhelpful.

Stop disseminating web site visitors to other service providers. I had a very weak experience as a result. The actual web site go compare and a subscriber sterling insurance did well.
