Very poor experience to date. Shark blanket ordered back in September with quoted 2-3 weeks delivery. We are now 7 weeks on and no sign of any blanket for my son and worryingly I also ordered a mermaid blanket for my daughter in the meantime. I have been told previously it has been despatched (it hadn't been) and promised delivery without fail from a new supplier by last week (it hasn't been). GoGroopie no longer respond to my e-mails and I have never managed to contact them by phone, the phone just rings and rings, day after day. Ironically the limited contact (on an isolated early e-mail) I had with them spoke keenly about the "great customer service" on offer, a comment to truly reflect on.

I ordered two tablets 4 weeks ago. I was told 2-3 weeks delivery. Well still waiting. Ive sent emails and have called. The phone just rings and rings, no one answers. The emails I get from the company are near enough the same response, they must be generated. I'm not happy and I've asked for a refund several times. So GoGroupie if your reading this I WANT MY BLOODY REFUND!! STOP PISSING ABOUT WITH PEOPLE HARD EARNED MONEY!! It's not far and not right.

Wouldn't touch these with a bargepole after this farce. Said it was delivered to No 50 (I live at 51) but No 50 is nowhere near our house, then after requesting a refund on the 3rd Nov they said it had been delivered on the 7th Nov but I don't know where because we haven't received anything. If there's thing I hate in life is it's been lied to!!!

After ordering a tablet I had my doubts about it arriving after reading so many negative reviews, I placed the order 15th October 2 weeks later I called to say I still hadn't received it go groupie were going to chase it up, last week still no sign of it so I tried several times to call go groupie only to find no one answers the phone, at which point I gave up all hope of ever receiving it. Until today I returned home to find my order has been delivered hooray!

I ordered a shark blanket which never arrived. They kept telling me it was on its way every time I contacted them. I have now asked for a refund but they are no longer responding. I have reported them to trading standards and would never use them again.

12 emails, 3 promises of delivery, 3 requests for a refund and still no Shark blanket or refund, now ignoring all my messages, I will now be telling my solicitor to proceed with this complaint

Would give this company a 0 star as worst cus Service even, ordered a mermaid blanket over 5 weeks ago for my nieces Birthday Present, 2-3 weeks delivery they said 5 weeks on not delivery and had to pay out again for another gift, I emailed a dozen time saying I wanted to cancel my order as it was to late, they gave my a tracking number which didn't work, I said I would not be accepting any delivery so what did they do left it with a neighbour, so I am now out of pocket and left with a gift that I no longer need. Advice DO NOT USE GOGROOPIE

Well what a suprise still no shark tail blanket!!!!! Got told it would be here by the 9th November but guess what it's not! Absloute joke DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY THEY NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE OR REPLY TO EMAILS

Customer service are liers, 5 emails to tell me my order is in its way.. nothing delivered. DO NOT USE!!! FRAUDULENT COMPANY take your money and don't deliver the goods, constantly told the order is on its way. Unhelpful customer services... complaint mad to trading standards. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY

Same as others... Ordered goods never came. At first they replied to emails saying definitely here by a certain date...never arrived. I requested a refund as I have no faith that the item is coming but was told the item has been dispatched so a refund wasn't an option. What a surprise 10 days later no item. I ve emailed again twice and they are now not responding to emails and have tried to phone them numerous times with no answer. Glad I only wasted a tenner. Never again.

I too ordered shark tails blankets, I have not received them, my money has been taken. I've contacted go groopie by email and phone and had no reply, I've rung the merchandiser and their mail box is full and no one answers the phone. DO NOT USE, only you will be out of pocket

Appalling - DO NOT USE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE- I only put one star rating because there was no option to put zero !! Did not receive goods - money taken - no satisfactory response from seller -all they keep saying is that items sent and I should receive them "soon" they have refused to provide name of courier and tracking number despite several requests - Do not be tempted by these so called deals - I will be reporting to trading standards and contacting the press - they cannot get away with this .

I too ordered 2 shark tail blankets not delivered. Have sent emails no reply. The money has been taken from my bank account. Tried to call customer services no reply. Trading standards here I come.

Cannot leave 0 stars so have had to put one. Appalling service, would seem I too have been conned by Go Groopie. Took my money item never received, promised various delivery dates still didn't receive item. I've sent a number of emails and now no one is answering the Customer Services number it just rings. I was told could claim a refund then told the item was dispatched so couldn't refund and would receive by yesterday still haven't received. In the process of reporting the company for fraud and trying to claim my money back. Appalling DO NOT USE

I had to put one star as you can't put zero!! This company will take your money, not send your products and the refuse to contact you, or if they do send contradictory informations. They promise products that are not delivered and then refunds that do not materialise. They do not respond to e-mails and they do not answer the phone. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. They do not provide goods and quite straightforwardly commit fraud by false representation.

I purchased a shark blanket approx. 5 - 6 weeks ago and still have don't have the item however GoGroopie have my money! After contacting customer services on two occasions via email I was told their provider had ran out of these blankets and they would order from another supplier - that was on the 23rd of October!!!!!! This is disgusting service! I never even received an apology and today 7th November I still have no item and GoGroopie still have my money!!!! I can't get through to them via telephone, have tried several times but it rings out constantly. This Company is completely unprofessional I do NOT RECOMMEND the company and am currently in the process of reporting them to Trading Standards. To make matters worse, this was a present for my little nephew's birthday which has now passed :( Please think very carefully before using this company.

Hi i purchased a massage therapy device. waited 5 weeks no delivery called go groopie who said there would chase it up.weeks later asked for a refund a few weeks later i was sent an email saying that the parcel had been delivered. more phone calls that it had not been delivered to this address. more calls email and texs to groopie and natural logistics sl. i have now been told go groopie only supply the voucher and will not refund.what a complete farce. janet

I notice that now the company aren't even e-mailing back from these reviews..... Rather they suggest we contact them... Like I hadn't thought of that and actually done it several times!!! They don't answer!!! As I said before... Total fraud... DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY...NON-EXISTENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

O O Thought I had ordered 5 of the shark blankets. They didn't turn up. Contacted go groopie they said they would only refund 1 voucher as I didn't order 5. ,I explained that I thought I had ordered 5 and there website was very confusing. I was offered to purchase something else but it was too late as i had to post the items. Very poor service bottom this company. I wish I had read the reviews before I ordered. Looking for a full refund but think I will end up losingĀ£35 !! ,Not good.
