Thought I had ordered 5 of the shark blankets. They didn't turn up. Contacted go groopie they said they would only refund 1 voucher as I didn't order 5. ,I explained that I thought I had ordered 5 and there website was very confusing. I was offered to purchase something else but it was too late as i had to post the items. Very poor service bottom this company. I wish I had read the reviews before I ordered. Looking for a full refund but think I will end up losing£35 !! ,Not good.
