“I have had very good experiences using the Go Groupie shopping web site but recently I have had a few problems with non receipt of vouchers, problems redeeming a voucher and during the latter part of last year I experienced a problem with goods not turning up and being unable to contact the provider but with support from your customer services team there is a possibility that I will get my money back. I will continue to use the site and hopefully without further problems.”

“I received my rug which i purchased almost a month ago, it took forever to turn up and when i called Go Groopie they provided me with the tracking number which was very helpful, the rug arrived a couple of days later and pleased with the service i received overall”
