“I have ordered quite a lot from Go-Groopie and on the whole it has been fun, sometimes it has been a little mind boggling but all the same I enjoyed the whole experience and I will keep shopping from you. Thinking about it I'm awaiting for a couple items to be delivered.”

“So far service has been good, apart from deliveries. I would appreciate being contacted first via text to have some warning as to when to expect a parcel. Also an hr or two before arrival a text would be gratefully received. I have no-one or nowhere to leave parcels, I am busy & out quite a lot, with work, training, socialising etc. I did not like the delivery mans attitude. Thank-you”

“The Razor blades only arrived 23 days after placing order. It would have appreciated if the supplier could notify date of dispatch as I thought these might have been lost in the post, therefore I notified your Company of none delivery. Although it took a long time for delivery the price was very good.”

“Overall a good experience because the product is good quality and my child loves her new frozen duvet. Was getting a little worried after 7 days and it hadn't arrived from the merchant, but Monday morning it came. No Amazon but will do”

“I ordered a few items before Christmas and it was nearing Christmas and i hadn't received them so i contacted their customer service, i wasn't initially happy because they took a week to respond but when they did respond they apologised for the delay and said they were receiving a large amount of queries as is expected during this period, they provided me with tracking information given by the retailer and i received my items a few days later so everything went well and was pleased with how they dealt with my issue”

“Nice and easy transaction, delivery process needs improvement as i will like to be able to track my on-coming delivery as i'm constantly at work, i will like to have tracking details or something so i can make arrangements. Great service non-the-less.”
