Please, please can anyone tell me how to contact Gogroopie? I have emailed twice no reply, I have no phone number, I bought a loo seat, but the voucher has just a company name SSV Homewear, no website, no contact details so how does one order!! Not impressed

I purchased 2 x stainless steel sensor bins on 26th November 2014 paid the company for the postage on 8th December 2014. I have been chasing ever since. The company have now given me my postage back but say they have never received the money from Go Groopie and I have therefore been trying to get the refund of £34.99 x 2 = £69.98 put back on my credit card. Go groopie have not answered any of my emails, I am now at a loss of what to do now !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have used gogroopie for a couple of years now and have overall been satisfied with the service and items received until recently. I have had a few problems in recent months with the time items have taken to be delivered and am extremely disappointed with one item in particular. I ordered a 10 in white laptop back in November 2014 for a christmas present which didn't arrive in time in fact still hasn't arrived. I was then finally told after several attempts to contact via email that the item is no longer available. I was then told at the beginning of January that the refund would be in my account in 7 - 14 days........... I'm STILL waiting, It's now the 23 February and NO ONE is answering my emails. I am disgusted and would never use this company again By Ursula Smith

The majority of goods that I have purchased arrive with in a decent amount of time. But the minority fails to turn up at all. I am still waiting for a salt and pepper set (voucher code7482762690). I have been waiting since January. I placed the order on 27/28 January! I have contacted both the people who sold the item and groupon and as yet heard or received nothing! !!!!!

My last order came really quickly but been waiting over a month for my previous two orders, I've emailed you numerous times as well as the companies but still not received them. I am going to be taking matters further soon if I don't get some response. Not a happy bunny

I ordered and paid for two knee supports and after more than three weeks I received only one which is ridiculously small and wont go up my leg far enough to support one knee even though I ordered large. Very disappointed and out of pocket to the tune of £12.00

I ordered two of the same items and was unable to purchase and have emailed the company two times as it expires in 6 days. was gonna call and realised they do not have a contact number, that is not good customer service and am a bit worried now. if i do not get a response will complain further

I bought and paid for postage ,on 8th January , a car diagnostic scanner for £22 and postage £4.94 , I have not received this item and have sent several emails, none of which have been answered , although I have used go groopie before and have not had a problem, I am very disappointed and will be unlikely to use them again. Getting the voucher wasn't a problem and I was lucky enough to be able to reach Gogroopie on the phone although finding a contact number was difficult. There was a considerable delay in responding to my emails, they blamed a Christmas backlog. My issue is with Zip Gadgets, I made my order on the 27th of Nov, its now the 10th of Feb and still no product. Their phone just rings out, there is no answer machine and the only replied to me once and this was when chased by Gogroopie. Today I've requested a refund, both from Gogroopie and Zip Gadgets, will it arrive hassle free?, I hope so because what was meant to be an easy experience has been draining and grim.

Ordered as a gift for Christmas on 15 December, as had Christmas delivery stamped on it. Guess what, still waiting!!! Emailed the company 3 times & all I keep getting is that they have a backlog & I will receive within 5 to 7 days, but each time it keeps passing & no ring ????. Losing patience. Funds shouldn't be taken until despatched.

I have ordered several items from gogroopie. Some deals have gone through okay, and others haven't. On one of them the voucher was not accepted by the retailer. I have contacted gogroopie who told me the contact the retailer. The retailer's phone number is not working, and I have emailed them but they don't respond. I've emailed gogroopie about this but no response to me on this. Another offer for car tyre pressure valves has not been satisfactory. I have not had any response from either go groupie or the retailer.

Hate to give low points on reviews but have to as I always have a problem when ordering items from them. My e-mail/password not recognised and cannot redeem my voucher. Have emailed support group and not received a reply. Makes me want to unsubscribe now

I regret to say that I am having all sorts of problems with Go Groopie at the moment in that I have purchased several items through their voucher service which have already been paid for but unfortunately, not delivered. This, however has not always been the case for several items purchased were delivered and I was delighted with them and their speed of delivery. I will of course take this up with Go Groupie and hopefully resolve the problem.

The body of the keyring torches are only plastic (the one I already have which is now broken is metal) and feels very flimsy and looks cheap and nasty. Good strong/bright LED light though and this is the redeeming feature. One of the 2 torches was faulty but this is being replaced. I would not pay the full price for this product and overall have very mixed feelings about it. Not one of your best Go Groupie.
