I purchased 2 x stainless steel sensor bins on 26th November 2014 paid the company for the postage on 8th December 2014. I have been chasing ever since. The company have now given me my postage back but say they have never received the money from Go Groopie and I have therefore been trying to get the refund of £34.99 x 2 = £69.98 put back on my credit card. Go groopie have not answered any of my emails, I am now at a loss of what to do now !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
