“Very dissapointed with Customer Service. Ordered product to be told the code was not valid. Four weeks later, multiple phone calls to go groupie but no promised return calls in desperation I contacted the supplier myself who after a single call and one email sorted the problem and the product is now ordered.
I will never use Go Groupie again and would do my best to convince others to try elsewhere!”

“Got a voucher for hedge trimmer . Went to but it same day and voucher had already expired.and I was unable to order the item.£59 was taken from my credit card .when requested a rebate was told the voucher was not taken as i had not paid postage. After weeks of e mailing still have not received my money back.”

Never responded to email complaint.
Eventually got through to customer service who eventually agreed to cancel and refund payment.
Serveral further calls to chase refund, still waiting after 3 weeks.
Avoid gogroopie at all costs...
Very poor service... Inept staff.”
