Sorry but not great. You came last Friday to fix a leaking washing machine. The guy was here all but 5/10 mins said it was the coming from the detergent compartment, charged me £85 for this part plus your call out charge. Today another engineer came back to fit that part. Fitted it & turned it on and water still leaking. Said I probably wouldn’t have needed that part. He looked underneath and showed me a hole in the drum. The 1st engineer even didn’t look underneath. Turns out we need a new washing machine. Not particularly happy as I have taken 2 days off work and have a pile of wet tea towels that he used to mop up the water on the kitchen floor today (which I can’t wash ) Todays engineer was very apologetic & He has taken the new part away and said I would get refunded for this.

Terrible service and inconvenience caused, do not use!! They sent an engineer from a company called Ves Repairs. The engineer was completely incapable of investigating a common Smeg fault (ie didnt open the appliance to do any tests) and suggested to instead buy a completely new range cooker. The engineer lied and said Smeg wouldn't provide a quote for the parts, yet when we called Smeg, everything was available. These guys are absolutely terrible, do not use them.

I ordered and paid for a fridge-freezer a week ago. It was supposed to be delivered yesterday, 1st October. It did not arrive and I was not advised it was not being delivered. After several calls today, I was advised by George that the driver had gone into too much overtime. When George attempted to arrange another, timely, delivery he said the Installation Manager advised him to cancel the order. However, despite being able to take my money instantly, it will take up to five days to issue a refund. I would advise caution when dealing with this company. I would also recommend some further training for their client service team.

Disappointing with the exception of the delivery. Purchased two appliances, week delay awaiting for both to reach warehouse. No issues with two hardworking knowledgeable delivery men, Lee and Gary. Have been sold a dish washer with an already loose rubber door seal, and had immediate issues with clothes washer..was referred to the manufacturer, “now on warranty, not our problem”. Requested proof of payment, still waiting. I shall be spreading the word.p, and stick with John Lewis next time.

Engineer told me it would be cheaper to buy a new fridge than repair the old one. Later that day I received a phone call from Glotech telling me they had the same fridge in stock, I paid for it and arranged a date for fitting. The new fridge has one door shelf and inside shelf less than the old one and is damaged. The fitter took a photo to report back. I have not been contacted. Email after Email from me are being ignored by Glotech and I have yet to be issued a receipt.

One of the most dishonest companies I have had the misfortune to have dealt with. Originally called out to deal with a dishwasher fault on 20/05/22. The engineer announced that the part was obsolete and could not be repaired, pocketed his money and left. This didn't sound right to me (dishwasher isn't that old) so I emailed the manufacturer and this turned out to not be true. So I emailed them to point this out. They replied admitting they had originally lied and offered to do the repair, for double the cost the manufacturer had quoted. I said that I didn't trust them anymore and that I would take a refund as they had clearly not disagnosed the fault correctly in initial meeting. Obviously they have not done that, and there have been months of promises to get back to me only to be ghosting. Appalling and fraudulent. I will be making a formal complaint to Trading Standards

Atrocious service and rudeness beyond comprehension. Barry is rude, arrogant and told me and my staff to "shut up and get lost" because we asked for a delivery to be on a different day that they suggested. I am an estate agent and our tenant is off on a Thursday. They would not accommodate and expected our tenant to be off on a Wednesday and to stay at home all day waiting. When we said not possible he went into a fit and verbally abused my staff. I went to his shop for him to continue the abuse that i have captured on video that is available for all to watch on this platform. STEER CLEAR OF THIS AWFUL BUSINESS.

Not good.arrived to service fridge freezer .tried dragging to get to back.asked to stop various times ignored me kept dragging.when finished he looked at back(mind the freezer was full)I wanted to empty it still ignored me.he asked me to open bottom a d top doors welcome dozen eggs fell out no apology.after that I was convinced he didnt know what's wrong just wanted me to order new motor.i sIde no. FRIDGE freezer is still working.

Booked an afternoon appointment and received an email confirming it. This was followed by a text to a mobile number "confirming" a morning appointment that I had not made. Couldn't get through to the misnamed "customer service" department on the phone to change it and they didn't reply to e-mails, so I had to change my arrangements to suit them. The engineer was very efficient, but I won't be using Glotech again.

I have tried constantly to get in touch with glotec. No replies. I booked a fridge freezer repair. Engineer looked in freezer said you need a new part. Then charged me £101. Several days later I received a message to say ghey couldn't get the part. Would I like them to quote for a new appliance. You must be joking.!!!! Since then I have been unable to contact them . Except to say they hoped I was happy with my repair. Great way to collect money

Booked an appointment on line , took the day off work , not even the curtesy of a phonecall to tell me they could not come on that day , just a text at 11am on the day which you cannot reply to. Waste of a days holiday, Rubbish service would not recommend to anyone.

It took 5 weeks to get our washing machine fixed! The first time a repair man came to look at the machine took one week. After that, the new parts that were ordered were broken. Third time, 3 weeks later, the repairman with new parts did not turn up. The only notice we got was, he was unable to attend today!!! Another week later, after my parents waited in all day, the repairman, knocked on the door, couldn't manage to push the bell hard enough, so went away, thinking nobody was in! Finally, having had to take a day off myself, the repairman appeared and fixed the machine in 10 minutes. Five weeks to wait for a 10 minute job! Plus paying upfront means you can not go anywhere else. I will certainly not be using this company again.

I was happily surprised by the work done by Lee in fitting my new dishwasher and dismantling and removing the old one. He was courteous, helpful and efficient.

Poor poor poor. DO NOT USE, GO ANYWHERE ELSE! First day, installers claimed they did not have the right part. Second try, no part again claimed the smell of cannabis & said they were hallucinating, but drove off no problem. People do not hallucinate from the smell of weed, it was later I found out the worker who turned up basically couldn't be bothered to do the job, the part was probably with him. I then had to take another day off work for the third attempt at installing my fridge/freezer. Got offered £30 off my order, which I never received and is a poor offer considering the cost of me having to take three days off. Barry was the operative that dealt with the order, got told it got past up to head office. I have heard nothing from the company since my installation, I want nothing more than to do with the company and would not recommend. I could have got a much better fridge/freezer for the cost of me having to take three days off to get the job done. Got told i had to wait 12 hours to turn it on after installation because it had been stored on its side. All of this is unacceptable and very disappointing.

Had to cancel my order and get a refund after months of waiting on an appliance which I was told was in stock. Sales adviser had no clue of what he was doing and the manager was not helpful either. Better off dealing with established retailers. Will never go back to Glotech.
