“Had to cancel my order and get a refund after months of waiting on an appliance which I was told was in stock. Sales adviser had no clue of what he was doing and the manager was not helpful either. Better off dealing with established retailers. Will never go back to Glotech.”

“Atrocious service and rudeness beyond comprehension. Barry is rude, arrogant and told me and my staff to "shut up and get lost" because we asked for a delivery to be on a different day that they suggested. I am an estate agent and our tenant is off on a Thursday. They would not accommodate and expected our tenant to be off on a Wednesday and to stay at home all day waiting. When we said not possible he went into a fit and verbally abused my staff. I went to his shop for him to continue the abuse that i have captured on video that is available for all to watch on this platform. STEER CLEAR OF THIS AWFUL BUSINESS.”

“Not good.arrived to service fridge freezer .tried dragging to get to back.asked to stop various times ignored me kept dragging.when finished he looked at back(mind the freezer was full)I wanted to empty it still ignored me.he asked me to open bottom a d top doors welcome dozen eggs fell out no apology.after that I was convinced he didnt know what's wrong just wanted me to order new motor.i sIde no. FRIDGE freezer is still working.”

“Absolutely wonderful experience of buying on line. Unbeatable price for Bosch Washer Dryer and delivered on the day as advised. Courteous delivery team who took the old appliance away as requested. Will definitely comeback to Glotech for future purchases. Thanks”

“I ordered a tap which arrived broken. I sent it back and reordered another tap which we needed by return post which I had originally paid for only to find that you had not reordered the tap. Inconvenience for not only me but for the plumber who had to come back at my expense and re fit it. Not particularly good service don't you think.”

“Had to chase for a delivery update, rather than being proactively advised when the product would be sent. Product arrived slightly damaged.”

“I ordered 2 white goods. A dish washer and a washing machine. Both were scheduled to be delivered together. On the delivery day, only the dishwasher was on the truck. The delivery men did not know where the washing machine was and why it was not on the truck. I had to call Glotech to report this and arrange another delivery day at my inconvenience.”

“In September I ordered an ILVE rangecooker.it arrived in October.a good oven, but needed a simmer plate - not yet provided, although paid for, no receipt given yet Also, a written guarantee; numerous telephone calls were needed to obtain the promise of one, still waiting. Surprised that Glotech does not install to ensure perfect function. Still waiting for the promised griddle plate.”
