“Glotech sales Dept were really helpful in sourcing an integrated washer dryer of limited depth.David was very helpful and patient and eventually found a Zanussi washer dryer that fits my kitchen! The fitters that came to install the machine Phil, and Lee were both very professional and fitted the machine promptly .”

“A bit of a delay in confirming order acceptance and then delivery company turned up a week before the agreed date! The latter was not Glotech’s fault. Delighted with product.”

“The microwave we received was broken, I must admit the staff at Glotech were brilliant I rang up and told them, I was told to send a picture of the broken microwave which I did, they ordered a new one from Bosch which they had delivered the following week really pleased with the new one a courier came the next day to collect the broken one.”

“Prices competitive, communications very good and the installation was very well carried out by polite and considerate staff. The only reason for 4 rather than 5 stars was the very long delivery time (several months) which was not really Glotech's fault as they were waiting on the manufacturer (Liebherr) to deliver stock.”

“Glotech has worked very hard as the sales intermediary between me and the manufacturer. A small element of my delivery was broken on arrival and it has taken sterling effort by GT to identify the correct part, which the manufacturers seemed unable to do, and get it sent to me. Well done.”
