Had a new fridge installed and the old one removed. The engineers Lee and Gary were great!! Efficient and was able to get the appliance in through my tricky hallway and entrance. however, dealing with the admin of getting this done was a nightmare. Multiple promises by the office to get called back to have a slot booked in, which didn’t happen. Wrongly claiming the order hadn’t been paid for. Emails unanswered. I would have cancelled the order and gone with another provider if it hadn’t been booked by my landlord. I think it took me about 5 calls to book 1 slot. Would have been 1 star if it hadn’t been for the good engineers.

Cooker hood arrived on 6 May and is as described. Unfortunately the filters still haven't appeared despite chasing up with customer services twice. Awaiting a reply from the courier is simply not good enough.

I ordered a tap which arrived broken. I sent it back and reordered another tap which we needed by return post which I had originally paid for only to find that you had not reordered the tap. Inconvenience for not only me but for the plumber who had to come back at my expense and re fit it. Not particularly good service don't you think.

Had to chase for a delivery update, rather than being proactively advised when the product would be sent. Product arrived slightly damaged.

I ordered 2 white goods. A dish washer and a washing machine. Both were scheduled to be delivered together. On the delivery day, only the dishwasher was on the truck. The delivery men did not know where the washing machine was and why it was not on the truck. I had to call Glotech to report this and arrange another delivery day at my inconvenience.

In September I ordered an ILVE rangecooker.it arrived in October.a good oven, but needed a simmer plate - not yet provided, although paid for, no receipt given yet Also, a written guarantee; numerous telephone calls were needed to obtain the promise of one, still waiting. Surprised that Glotech does not install to ensure perfect function. Still waiting for the promised griddle plate.
