“i have been a customer for over 20 years. ALL my appliances are purchased from Glotech because they always go an extra mile. The prices are competitive, quick deliveries, friendly and professional employees. Barry is extremely kind and patient, always helpful. he knows products well but also has a great understanding of his customers. I've had a fridge freezer delivered today by Lee and Phill - quick, officiant and very friendly. Always happy to do business with Glotech and if anyone wants stress free experience, give them a call or visit the store and find out for yourself.”

“We are so completely thrilled and happy with our new Glotech kitchen . I look forward to entering it every single morning noon and night . The once gloomy space is now filled with light that shines in from the south and west facing big sliding doors . I can only say the brilliant final design by Chris and his continual patience to amend it until it was “just right” totally paid off . Chris understood our budget , style and our vision completely and quietly directed me to the best possible suitable appliances to our life style and needs . Ie a larder fridge which I was sure would not then give me a freezer . Chris said he would be able to include an under counter freezer . This freezer is by Beko and it’s the most roomy freezer ever . The fitter was so skilful , quick tidy , organised and willing to adapt shelving to creat a bespoke Spice cupboard behind would have been a mock door was brilliant . Thank you so much . Chris snd my builder were able to work well together to check site space prior to install so on the day the kitchen slotted in like magic . Ann Taylor was always on hand at the end of the phone to coordinate appliance “deliveries and “Covid affected delays “ Nothing was too much trouble . The kitchen was delivered on time in the day arranged . Upgrading the extractor and refunding the ist choice was no problem ( Covid issue) . Calls and queries were answered promptly and responded to . I can’t rate Glotech highly enough and would not hesitate to recommend them in fact I already have so impressed were my friends with my new beautiful spacious gorgeous kitchen . Thank you”

“Our dishwasher conked out 2 weeks before Christmas, typical! We went to Currys who couldn't fit until 23rd December, too close to the big day!. We spoke to Barry at the Finchley branch on Monday 6th December. He was so helpful, pleasant and efficient and the dishwasher was fitted yesterday, Thursday 9th. The 2 guys who came to install it, Phillip and Callum, were again charming and efficient and a pleasure to have in the house. 5* from start to finish.”

“Phillip and Calum installed a new fridge for us and we couldn't be happier with the whole service! They were able to install the new fridge at short notice, kept us updated as to their arrival time, and answered all questions we had for them! They were very polite, hard-working people. I can't recommend this company highly enough. A very big thank you Phillip. Maddy - London”

“driver Phillip called twice to confirm arrival time. He appeared as promised and attended to the installation and checked that the washer worked and no visible leaks etc. Hooray someone at Glotech got it right. Cyril”

“We were grateful to Barry for his help and knowledge in sourcing the right fridge/freezer to replace our distinctly doddery 15+ year old one. The installation process today was highly efficient. Phillip kept us in touch meticulously with his progress towards our house and his estimated time of arrival. Once here, he coped expertly with the quite daunting job of extracting the old appliance and carting it off, then fitting the new one with the integrated doors. He was fast, super-competent and a pleasure to have around, making life easy for us and as a bonus tidying up scrupulously. Thanks all round”
