“The microwave we received was broken, I must admit the staff at Glotech were brilliant I rang up and told them, I was told to send a picture of the broken microwave which I did, they ordered a new one from Bosch which they had delivered the following week really pleased with the new one a courier came the next day to collect the broken one.”

“The appliance was delivered on the day we were advised .The two technicians fitted the appliance and were very knowledgeable and answered all our questions so good was there product knowledge we then proceeded to order another appliance on their recommendation great service and staff will use this company again”

“Glotech person on the phone provided unbiased information on my choice. Its turns out that their price was the lowest and the delivery was quick and easy. The only wrinkle was the delivery lead time of 3 months which wasn't really their fault....”

“Poor poor poor. DO NOT USE, GO ANYWHERE ELSE! First day, installers claimed they did not have the right part. Second try, no part again claimed the smell of cannabis & said they were hallucinating, but drove off no problem. People do not hallucinate from the smell of weed, it was later I found out the worker who turned up basically couldn't be bothered to do the job, the part was probably with him. I then had to take another day off work for the third attempt at installing my fridge/freezer. Got offered £30 off my order, which I never received and is a poor offer considering the cost of me having to take three days off. Barry was the operative that dealt with the order, got told it got past up to head office. I have heard nothing from the company since my installation, I want nothing more than to do with the company and would not recommend. I could have got a much better fridge/freezer for the cost of me having to take three days off to get the job done. Got told i had to wait 12 hours to turn it on after installation because it had been stored on its side. All of this is unacceptable and very disappointing.”

“Kept me up to date on the progress of our order. Delivered when they said they would. Things were a little delayed due to the manufacturer not supplying the Bosch cooker hood on time. But I cannot fault Glotech and would use them again.”

“Prices competitive, communications very good and the installation was very well carried out by polite and considerate staff. The only reason for 4 rather than 5 stars was the very long delivery time (several months) which was not really Glotech's fault as they were waiting on the manufacturer (Liebherr) to deliver stock.”

“The item I purchased was delivered securely wrapped to avoid damage. However when I placed my order I was informed that there would be a delay till Mid March at the end of March I had to email to chase up my order. It was miraculously found. There was no email to arrange delivery, as promised, the delivery company gave me 2 hrs notice of their arrival.”
