“Hi, Gildeas (Dionne), were incredibly professional and kept me informed of what was going on regularly. I never once had to chase up what was happening with my claim. Dionne was incredibly helpful which made such a difference especially with the circumstances of the claim. I would like to say a massive thank you to her and Gildeas.”
