gilders are great but there was some things i was not happy about they estimated my loss of earnings wrong and told me a higher price than i would get then took the price down without explaining why there were hardly any updates to me about what was going on but they got the job done

However, after reviewing additional wage information, the third party requested further evidence which affected the final calculation. The process was very long but at the same time I was always updated with the progress of things. The delay was down to the 3rd party so not Gildeas fault, I do believe my settlement figure could have been higher, I nearly lost my life that day and had to buy a car from my own money. I told Gildeas repeatedly about this but nothing, very disappointed with the outcome.

This is the first time I've been involved in a personal injury claim , and I must say it was very frustrating at the amount of time it took (app 10 months ) to be concluded as it was an open and shut case , I had to continually seek updates on how the case was proceeding as I wasn't updated on a regular basis felt like I had to chase Gildeas for info .

Took a year and two months to get a settlement and I didn't feel like I was really helped and i was not happy with the end result.

They have been helpful but the process has been very slow. not all their fault but did take a while to obtain medical report and the assessment came months after the accident, in which i had fully recovered.

They did nothing as far as i am aware i made all appointments necessary they just cashed cheque and i had to wait 10 days thereafter
