“This is the first time I've been involved in a personal injury claim , and I must say it was very frustrating at the amount of time it took (app 10 months ) to be concluded as it was an open and shut case , I had to continually seek updates on how the case was proceeding as I wasn't updated on a regular basis felt like I had to chase Gildeas for info .”

“They have been helpful but the process has been very slow. not all their fault but did take a while to obtain medical report and the assessment came months after the accident, in which i had fully recovered.”

“They did nothing as far as i am aware i made all appointments necessary they just cashed cheque and i had to wait 10 days thereafter”
