“I was always kept up to date with how my case was progressing and although it had taken a long time for it to be settled I do understand that it was not a straight forward procedure as it involved foreign agencies. I am more than happy with the service I have received”

“Both Gildeas staff members (David and Kirsty) I dealt with were great . They kept me informed at every stage and I did feel that my case mattered to them. My emails were answered quickly and my calls were always returned quickly too. This definitely helped reduce the stress of the situation. Thank you.”

“I recently used Gildeas services when I was in a road traffic accident. I dealt with Deonne who was extremely professional, approachable and friendly in all dealings with her. Despite coming up against a few delays caused by my physio providing reports etc, Deonne worked tirelessly to get the information she needed, would definitely recommend. Thanks Deonne ! x”

“Gildeas were professional and supportive throughout the whole claim process following my car accident, even assisting in arranging physiotherapy and CBT to help in my recovery from the accident. I am sure their actions helped to bring the process to a speedier conclusion than would otherwise have been the case, and staff were always friendly and kind.”
