Different people dealing with my case and no notice was given for the changes. Process was disorganised and took far to long. From the beginning I was informed that I would be referred to a physiotherapist but a few weeks past and still no physiotherapist appointment was arranged for me.I had to aske for it again.I had to asked my doctor for the medical records as you were unable to do it also was asked to chase my employer for my loss of income for you.

The communication from this company is non existent. I have to chase them up as I hear nothing. Got told I could get physio for the accident I was in through the insurance still haven't had any when chasing up was told to see my gp for physio when the person I was in the accident with has already been to see a physio. Will end up paying a fee for me doing all the work. Cant even get my name right on emails which this is a concern. Wish I had just went through my own solicitors instead of this company

Took forever to get sorted lots of messing about communication was poor and the cheek to take £200 from my settlement for a success fee joke of a company !

Lets just say it has taking a long time to deal with this claim and still waiting to recieve a check would of been quicker doing it myself

Lacked a bit of effort on my behalf. The process took so long for what was not a lot of money! Still didn’t get all my uninsured losses.

Excruciatingly slow- all claim info was provided immediately. I think a pile of letters the size of a telephone directory must have been sent in order to (finally) resolve a simple incident. I can see that it benefits solicitors to engage in as much paperwork as possible but it is not an effective system for anybody else.

I feel there was an unnecessary amount of paper work involved, duplicate letters sent saying the same thing, likewise emails saying the same thing as I had already been told in a letter! I feel Gildeas did not really represent me fairly, but instead acted for the third party. My comments and feedback was really not recognised and it was strongly suggested that I go along with their expert's advice. Not really a satisfied customer.
