“Gildeas contacted me shortly after I contacted my Insurer to report my non fault claim. They confirmed my details and advised me of the process and timescales regarding my case. Kirsty called me a few weeks later to check on me and advised me she would be following up with the third party in a few days. I was then offered a settlement for injuries which I decided to accept. The case is now settled. I was pleased and happy with Gildeas throughout.”

“We had a bump in our car which was not our fault. Gildeas after 18months and a lot of correspondence with the other insurance company finally managed to bring the case to a close with us being reimbursed our no claims bonus plus small compensation. Thank you.”
