“I had a hair transplant in Turkey a month ago, I chose Gethair to organise the procedure since they are one of the few companies in Turkey to offer direct involvement of a qualified surgeon in my case Dr Tayfun (a member of ISHRS) for the procedure. I must say although I was apprehensive at first I actually found the whole process easy and Mr Kaan and his team from Gethair were professional, spoke good English and helped address any queries i had about the procedure. Importantly i think I received an honest consultation about whether I was a good candidate for a hair transplant and how low my hairline should be for my age and baldness level. We are all unique with a limited number of donor grafts available and experienced surgeons should seek to offer what is appropriate and realistic for you so you can get the best out of your hair over your life time. Every step from collection at the airport, to accommodation, and transport to and from the hospital was taken care of with minimal effort required from me. I felt the hotel i stayed in was good and clean and appreciated the meals and the service. I only spent 2 extra days after the surgery at the hotel to recover before flying back to England and I felt absolutely fine throughout my journey home. I was given a post op care package to help with the healing process which has been helpful in getting rid of the scabs etc and the Gethair team were responsive in addressing any concerns/ queries I have had about my post op progress which is an important sign to me that they care for their clients. I feel the procedure went well, but I need to wait 6+ months for the grafts to start to grow before I start to see the results. I have no problem recommending Gethair for those who are looking for an affordable but good quality customer oriented service. Thankyou to Mr Kaan and the Gethair team.”

“I was extremely satisified with the whole process! The pre-consultation prior to arriving in Istanbul for the surgery was simple and easy to understand. Any queires were answered in a timeley fashion. I arrived at the airport with clear insutuctions to follow - I could not fault the transportation service provided between the Airport, the hotel and the clininc. Water was provided in the taxi upon arrival was a nice touch. The driver was attentive following my surgery, making sure I didn't bang my head getting in out out of the taxi (which being over 6ft tall is easy to do!) which showed how much they cared. The hotel was great - it had everything I needed during my short stay there. The staff were lovely and the food was delicious! I thought the team at the clinic were great throughout the whole day of the surgery. I felt like I was in a safe company, I felt comfortable and well looked after by all members of the team. Going back to the clinic the day after my surgery, for the post-op wash, again was an easy process. I was given all the instructions and post-op products in a hamper which was a good send off to an overall superb experience. I cannot recommend enough!!”

“I could not be happier with how things have turned out with my transplant. From start to finish the information and support was first class. I'm now nearly 6 months post-op and have noticed a huge difference - my friends and family are always commenting on it. It's had a hugely positive impact on my self confidence.”

“I was unsure initially of what to expect in this procedure and was pleasantly surprised by the whole experience. From the friendly and welcoming staff, to the procedure itself which went very smoothly, to the point where I fell asleep a couple of times. The after care has also been first class, with many check ins and you can tell they really care about your results.”

“I can’t tell you how happy I am with the results. It’s just unbelievable to see hair growing where it was completely bald. No more filler no more powders. “From making contact through to the after care, everything was great with Get Hair. I went with my girlfriend and made a holiday of it, first visiting the beaches in the south before heading north to Istanbul for the procedure and some sightseeing. Was apprehensive about the procedure during the holiday but I needn't have been, was absolutely fine, it was more a strange sensation for each part of it but not overly painful. Felt a little beaten up and swollen afterwards but from reading other peoples experiences I knew that would be the case and made sure I had a couple of days after to recuperate. After I came back my timeline pretty much followed exactly how I was told it would, hair fell out as expected, then took about 6 months to regrow, first haircut was a definite milestone. Really great experience with Get Hair, so much so I have since referred two of my friends and they have also had great results. Would definitely use them again in the future if I felt I wanted to.”

“From the moment I was considering going ahead with the hair transplant the booking process and information I received from Get Hair were detailed and I felt no pressure from their side, they made me feel comfortable every step of the way. Then from the plane journey, the communication from the clinic was great (via WhatsApp), I was looked after, picked up from the airport in a private taxi and was comfortable going into my procedure the following day. The consultation with Doctor Apaydin was professional, he was experienced and relatable and it all went well with the transplant, the doctor and the nurses were efficient and I felt like I was in good hands throughout and comfortable. The washing info and medication info I received from the clinic afterwards was detailed, as was all communication post op with Get Hair. I had everything I needed. In terms of the results I'm over the moon, it's one of the best decisions I've ever made. I would highly recommend Get Hair, which I have already.”

“Overall excellent! I spent 2 years researching where to go and who to go with and finally settled on GetHair and getting my procedure done in Turkey. Coming from Australia I was comforted using an English company regarding payment and any refund. There was nothing for me to be worried about! GetHair had very well-qualified hair transplant surgeons with international certifications and they were able to organise everything without me worrying. I was set to go in 2020 and then Covid lockdowns hit. GetHair quickly returned my deposit. Now in 2022 and with Australian borders open I got back in contact with GetHair. In August 2022 I flew to Istanbul. Dr Ilker Payidin's office was well organised and very supportive. All staff were extremely attentive and followed up on questions. Despite my nerves at the start of the day of surgery, everything went well. You feel nothing during the procedure, for me the worst part was getting the anaesthetic needles in the scalp. After the anaesthetic, you feel nothing and after the procedure, it didn't hurt at all. The hotel was excellent, I brought my partner and we stayed a few more days in Istanbul to go sightseeing. A car was then organised to pick you up at the hotel and take you to the airport. It's now day 18 post my surgery and all is good. You upload pictures every week for a month to the Dr They continue to support you and check everything is going well, and you can also ask any questions. I'm pleased so far with how things are developing to date.”

“I had never considered the head transplant for in the past. One of my friends had it done by gethair and he recommended the firm due to the quality of their work and their professionalism and organisation. After speaking to my friend and looking at the information available I decided to take the plunge. Straight away I was impressed by the proactive nature and response of Kaan from gethair. I sent some pictures so the surgeon could analyse if I was suitable. We then discussed the full procedure and I decided to you proceed with the the operation. The quality of the information provided and the timeliness of it was exceptional. So straight from day one I was very impressed. I feel over late Thursday afternoon and was picked up at the the airport by a driver and driven to the hotel and did not have to wait long. The hotel was nice and comfortable and checked in quickly. Prior to the operation I was also contacted by the assistant of Dr. Ilker Apaydın. I was collected from the hotel by taxi and Doctor apaydin assistant early in the morning and driven to the clinic which is only about a five minute drive away. All of the staff in the clinic were very professional and welcoming and the clinic was very clean and tidy. I had my head shaved and the procedure that were to be followed that day were explained to me. Once I was ready doctor apaydin came to see me and explain everything and asked if there are any questions. Then I was taken to the operation room for the procedure. The day passed very quickly and halfway through I was presented with a nice lunch. The staff are always caring and asking if I was ok. I felt ok at the end of the operation and took the opportunity of some fresh air to walk back to the hotel with Leyla from the clinic who escorted me and she was very kind friendly and helpful. I relaxes in the hotel with a meal that evening. I woke up the next day in felt fine and was picked up again early in the morning to be driven back to the clinic for the first hair wash. Again the staff were very friendly and Layla took her time to explain to me the importance of post care after the operation and to explain all the different drugs that are required and the steps to take. All the information as well as being given verbally is nicely presented via email and also in a pack of paper in case you cannot remember. I then walked back to the hotel and at midday the prearranged taxi collected me from the hotel on time and driving back to the airport with no issues. I've never had a cosmetic procedure before in my life so was a little bit apprehensive but from day one when speaking to Kaan, through to meeting the staff at the clinic and the doctor I was hugely impressed and relieved. I would highly recommend if anyone is considering this treatment. I also think that this is a huge amount of value for money. The package including everything and I was hugely impressed. Now I just wait :)”
