“Delivery is very slow and far from punctual. The idea of subscription based service is so I can get my vitamin on time without skipping days or thinking about getting them myself. The customer service also takes over 24 hrs to reply. If you would like to save time on organising vitamin supplements, I would recommend looking elsewhere, or even do it yourself”

We are really sorry to hear this, our customer service is usually super speedy within business hours. I can see that you reached out to us at 11.22pm, unfortunately our team are tucked up in bed at this hour 😴 and a response sent the following day at 9.20am. I am really sorry to hear that you did not receive our response, one of our team will reach out to your shortly and locate your parcel. Due to courier delays over the holidays some parcels are still in transit. Hopefully we can sort this issue out for you asap.

“This has been a really effective way for me to take vitamins regularly. When I was taking pills, I used to be very inconsistent - especially because they were huge and hard to swallow. I like the taste of my personalised vitamins and over time I have noticed the benefits for my overall energy levels, which has really helped me to maintain a more healthy lifestyle with other parts of my life e.g. exercise and eating well, since I don’t feel so lethargic.”

“Big fan of Nourished. Initially, it seems a little pricey, but once I calculated my individual vitamins' cost, it worked out better - plus they are much tastier too! In my stack, I was looking to improve hair/skin/nails and stress - I have been really pleased with the results. I also received a nice free Christmas present of a cap and T-shirt. Great stuff.”

“I’m on my 3rd box and they are a great way of making sure you get your vitamins. For month 4 I have changed one of them to see if the change will help me with something else. It’s nice to be able to do that without having to buy a new tub of tablets. They are great at keeping you up to date with your order and if you want to change them they are very easy to change”

“The only unfortunate thing about my nourished experience so far, was the entirely unavoidable issue of Christmas postal delays which delayed me getting started. I love that the packaging is compostable and the looks of confusion from my work mates when mid-afternoon I appear to be eating a sweet, is delightful. I found the online order system easy to navigate and was easily able to swap a layer to adjust my stack for my next order.”
