“I love these vitamins! It feels so special to receive something that is tailored to your needs! I have always struggled to remember to take my vitamins but I never miss a day with nourished. Also! I adore the recyclability of their packaging. It truly is a fun way to do one little thing a day to look after yourself.”

“I was intrigued by Nourished because I was tired of all the clutter of vitamin bottles on my counter and the expense of taking multiple supplements. I also travel frequently and taking these with me was just as frustrating. Nourished allows me to take all the supplements I want in one easy package. Less cost, less waste, less frustration. I can easily pop a few packets in my travel bag. And my counter is clutter free again! I tried the black currant flavor which was great. The texture is easy to chew. Since they are individually packaged, they stay fresh and don’t stick together. I love how I was able to customize my supplement to fit my individual needs and goals. The website is very user friendly and it was easy to customize my supplement and update my next box. I love that I can pop onto my account and easily make changes to suit my needs. My only request would be to have an email that lets me know when my order shipped. I was curious and reached out to customer service who provided me shipping information immediately. Super friendly and efficient customer service! I did get an email when my order was delivered but I would like to have an idea when it is arriving especially with my travel schedule. If you have a busy on the go lifestyle, I highly recommend this product.”

“I am on my 2nd box my 3rd box is due to arrive in the next few days. I enjoy taking them as they have no strange after taste like some tablets. The fact you can tailor them to you and if you was unsure on a flavour or if you felt like you wanted to change something up you can which I think is great. The customer service team is great as well with in the first month I had two things I needed changing which they done so quickly were very insightful.”

“I started these for my son who was suffering with anxiety and other issues of a similar nature. After the first month I saw a real difference in his attitude and outlook. He was energised, focused and smiling much more. Although he has always eaten well and had a healthy balanced diet there was obviously something missing. As he grows into a teen there are now just the normal issues any preteen has! He takes no convincing to take them either. I've recommended the brand to many friends and family, just to try and se eif there's a difference.”

“Me & my partner have been using nourished for the last two months. Having the option to select your vitamin needs and for them to be then created in a tasty stack is amazing.
