“I really like the concept however I did encounter some issues with the delivery time. It took about 10 days to have the order dispatched.”

Thanks for the review Mihai We are so sorry to hear that your order was delayed. we have been informed that due to the recent festive period, new year and bank holidays, there has been a slight delay and backlog in the orders, but this is definitely not the norm 👍

“Amazing...noticed a difference in my stomach almost immediately with the ingredients. I suffer a temperamental tummy/bowel and my blend helps enormously. Tastes great too!”

“First time customer and such a poor experience so far. Ordered on 5th Jan, yet as of today 17th Jan my order status is still ‘unfulfilled’. Contacted Customer Services numerous times. Was originally told it would arrive by 16th Jan - it didn’t. Was then told that I would receive my order by 18th Jan, but later told that it wouldn’t. Now being told it will arrive ‘soon’, yet as of time of writing the order status still showing ‘unfulfilled’ Been promised ‘incentives’ to remain a customer, but quite frankly I just want my order. Getting ridiculous now.”

“A great service and times out really well to replenish your stack when you're due to finish. I have been feeling more alert and get sick less often having taken the stacks for a few months as well. They taste amazing, too!”

Thanks for the review JP We do advise to allow up to 12 weeks of consistent consumption to begin to feel the benefits of your Nourished stacks! We really appreciate your feedback about the taste of the stacks, we do use natural flavourings within our ingredients, but some vitamins are stronger in taste than others. We do have a collection of different flavours to try 🍍🍓, and more in the pipeline ready to launch soon!

“Love these! I’m usually rubbish at remembering to take all my vitamins but with these I never forget and they taste great. Being able to personalise them and change my stack when I want is a major plus! Considering I’m getting so many vitamins in one, the price isn’t so bad!”

“Absolutely love my stacks. Felt a real improvement in appetite taking the shape up stack. They’re tasty, easy to get all my vitamins in one go and I actually look forward to taking them so I always remember. Will definitely continue using them. The only feedback I have is to make the box fit through the letter box, it would be really easy to do, rectangular vs square, and would just mean I don’t have to be in for delivery.”

“A superb, customised vitamin product. I love the fact I can choose each month the combination of supplements, including the flavour (blackcurrant sour last time, watermelon next!) I had to email support, they came back very quickly and helped with my query. Delivery has been good too. So - yes, it is a bit of money but the product is very good quality as is the service.”

“I've been taking Nourished vitamins personalised for my health for about 4 months now and I can honestly say I've noticed a difference! The PCOS supplements they have available are fantastic and I hadn't seen them anywhere else, I've noticed a change in my hair thickness and fatigue since using the vitamins. Plus they taste great and I can easily change the flavour when I want to, adjust the stack and my order date/quantity when I need to. Fantastic product and amazing customer service everytime I speak with them.”

“My stacks did not turn up on time once. I am still waiting for stacks that should have arrived two weeks ago hence I have not had any stacks to take for over two weeks. I’m sick of no receiving my stacks when I pay £36pcm for the pleasure. The stacks themselves are good the service is not.”
