“The product it self is good. The delivery was slow and I had to chase it up several times before it actually came. Confusing that I got a voucher for 25% next two boxes when I had signed up for a subscription which means I would now cancel my subscription and reorder to benefit from the promotion?”

“I know I feel better when I take the vitamins. I tried last year to stop (and save some money) and started to feel 'below par' so I thought I'd try again and to be honest, I've not felt as sluggish as I did, ever since. Very easy to order, and to change your ingredients, advice from customer services is always extremely speedy (same day in working hours) and any problems or changes of stack can be sorted very quickly. When I cancelled my subscritpon, there was no problem in getting it done with immediate effect. You're always told in advance when your stack is ready, when it's out for delivery and confirmation of delviery. I've experineced nothing but high class service.”

“I got ready to open my 3rd box today…a few weeks after it was delivered and unfortunately my stacks were not in the best condition they had gone a bit funny and odd looking. After emailing the team they got back in really quick time and have been so helpful with it. This is the second time I’ve contacted them and both times they have been super helpful and really quick at replying and sorting out the issue.”

“Excellent customer service - my order didn’t show and took longer to arrive than expected, I contacted the nourished delivery team… It only took a day to get a response, I found out it was purely due to a back-log of orders due to the Christmas period! Very fast, reliable customer service - the nourished team was very eager to help me.”
