Thanks for the great review! That's correct, we always advise to allow 8-12 weeks of starting any vitamin regime to really start to feel a difference. Everybody is different and can very much depend on the individual 🤩

“It’s great to feel I’m looking after myself and the convenience of having several supplements in one product ( that is also delivered to my door) is a big plus. The only tangible difference so far has been better gut health, but I have only been taking these gummies for a few weeks.”

“I love taking my nourished vitamin stacks. My vitamins are personalised and I’ve noticed a massive improvement in my energy levels and cognitive function since taking them. I have a recurring subscription and I love it. I do thin it’s a little pricey but considering the vitamins you can include within your stack I think it’s worth it. The delivery takes a little while after you make the payment but you have to take into consideration the time it takes to make them personally for you. I have tried both sugar coating and sour and I definitely prefer sweet as the sour one is a bit too much. So far my best flavour has been sweet strawberry coating. I also like that there is no sugar used and how loyal the company is to their recurring customers.”

We really appreciate your feedback about the taste of the stacks, we do use natural flavourings within our ingredients, but some vitamins are stronger in taste than others.
