“the taste and texture make me grimace every time I take them. The texture is nothing like a chewy gummy, it's just crumbly jello. Even with 50% discount it is such a ripoff, I'd much rather have supermarket vitamins in capsules than this”

“I have only been taking these vitamins for 2 months so I can't say I've seen noticeable improvements just yet, however I am loving them so far. Being able to cater them specifically to your needs and have 7 vitamins included in each stack is perfect- I was always put off purchasing any vitamins/supplements as there were so many options and I didn't want to be taking multiple per day. I love that they are gummies as it makes me actually want to take them, and I am determined to try every flavour (pineapple sour is my favourite so far). Also, I cannot fault the customer service team at all- they have been super helpful on two separate occasions and sorted my issue out (even though it was the courier's fault). I can't wait to keep taking these and start feeling the difference! Would 100% recommend.”

“After finding out from my GP that I was deficient in a couple of vitamins, I was given a prescription for supplements at a therapeutic higher dose. When I finished my course my GP then suggested I continue to supplement myself to avoid any issues again. I started looking around and tried some over the counter supplements but not being brilliant at taking tablets I always found it rather unpleasant. Then I came across Nourished supplements. I was hesitant at first as it all seemed too good to be true, but I researched the use of 3d printers for vitamins and could only find positive feedback, so took the plunge. 3 months on I am very happy with my decision. I love the control I have over what vitamins are in my stack and even down to the flavour. I find the stacks easy to eat and taste pleasant.. Strawberry was my favourite so far. I had a problem with delivery due to postal strikes but the customer service from nourished was excellent and they made sure I got my next batch before I ran out. Really cannot fault the product or service. The only part I can’t tell you is if they have made a difference to my vitamin levels as my GP won’t let me be retested, if I ever manage to get this done I will leave another review.”

“Nourished (Sweet Flavour Of Course) is something I look forward to every morning kinda reminds me of a healthy Haribo! I love how I can choose the things that matter to me and have them all put together in one easy sweet. “In all interactions I've had with customer service, I've always been responded to promptly and my queries were always resolved. Nourished are a brilliant company to be a part of and I look forward to receiving my stacks. Delivery times were a bit shaky around the New Year, but the 'customer love' team gave me a discount and despatched my vitamins urgently. It's always a pleasure!”

“It does seem to be having a positive effect on my health - the packaging is 100% sustainable which is welcome and being able to change flavours is a nice touch. The only criticism I have is the website doesn't feel entirely intuitive in use , but that's a minor thing.”

“Ok so here is the rundown. I haven't taken multi vitamins before and I was lacking on allot of energy for years. I began a straightforward survey to help me pick the right sweet for me. The survey would then design the right vitimain sweet with it's flavour (I chose peach). It also had a great layer system which showed the different ingredients and their benefits coloured on the sweet. Overall I'm happy with the product because I noticed a mood change and I'm not as tired as I used to be. But what distinguishes this brand is the way they can make it into a gummy sweet for easy daily intake.”

As your body needs change, just take the quiz again and your vitamins can be adapted to suit your needs at the time.
