“Since taking these supplements I have felt calmer and more in control, I truly believe that the freshness and that they are created personally has that impact over off-the-shelf vitamins I have taken for years, the cost is worth it.”

I think this is something that we all need Carla, more calm and control in our lives. It's absolutely fantastic to hear that your personalised stacks are really benefitting you 😍 We agree, our stacks are freshly made and have a higher absorbency and efficacy rate compared to the standard encapsulated vitamins🏆 Thanks for the 5-star review 🤩

“It's a great product and idea. Tastes nice so no problem there. I did have to stop taking them after about 5 days though. I noticed a strange increase in anxiety and depression during taking these and I believe it was because my batch contained ashwagandha. After I stopped I was back to normal again. I Iooked into it and ashwagandha can have this side effect, probably made worse for me as I'm prone to anxiety/depression which I take medication for (citalopram). Like I said great product, but just something to be cautious of.”

Hey Ryan Thank you so much for taking the time to leave us a review! It is very unusual for a reaction to occur to any of our Nourishments, unless an underlying allergy is already present. We would always recommend that should you have any concerns about your health or medication, that you should always consult with a medical practitioner before taking any vitamin or supplements. We can always swap out the ingredient for a different option too 😊

Hey Nicole - thank you so much for leaving us a review! We use natural flavourings within our ingredients, some are stronger than others! We also have a range of different flavour coatings so you could look at amending the coating on the stacks 😊🍓🍊🍍

“I love how the vitamins feel like i'm having a sweet for breakfast! it's so tasty and I can't wait to have a specialised one made for myself to cater to my own vitamin needs! I got the christmas calendar, and it's so nice, love that I am feeling healthy everytime I get my daily calendar treat. The box however, is a bit flimsy and can be difficult to get the nourished treats out, so a different boxing mechanism in the future would be advantageous.”

“I’ll be honest I was sceptical. But these are really good! The biggest difference I’ve noticed is that I now sleep 8-9 hours a night which was one of the things I wanted help with! I was constantly waking up before taking these and always tired. I’d highly recommend! Sarah”
