“It's still too early to tell a difference with how I am feeling, but I bought two gummies, one in strawberry sweet and one in pineapple sour. I changed my next order to all sour because it tastes like my childhood sour patch kids. Feels kind of naughty to have such an indulgence every day. “I've have been taking pill or capsule vitamins for so long, and hated the way they tasted and the sheer size and number of them. These gummy stacks from Nourished are super tasty and still allow me to get many of the supplements that I was taking before. “These vitamins taste great, especially since the coatings were added. A bit expensive but not so bad if you opt for a pre made stack. So much more appealing than regular vitamins. I like the fact they're absorbed more effectively.”
