“I've been eating a stack a day (skin+hair+nails)for a couple of weeks so far, so can't attest to the proposed benefits just yet, but I can comment on everything else. The packaging is recyclable (even the little individual stack packets), the stacks themselves smell fruity and sweet, and they taste great. I'm hoping for noticeable results ofc so will edit at a later date.”

“They call it Customer Love rather than customer service & frankly this is what it is! I have never had to return anything, the response is always super efficient & super, genuinely friendly, delivery is prompt & I get a notification letting me know my personalised stacks are being prepared & then when to expect them. If I want to change my order I let them know & it is never any trouble at all. Literally when I asked them to pause my order as I was collecting too many stacks they friendly, efficient response made me smile :)”

“I love taking Nourished vitamins. It doesn't feel like I'm having vitamins more like having a sweet. The variety of flavours is good so you can change it every month. I suffer from pcos so it's good to have vitamins in my stack to support my symptoms. I've been taking them for 3 months now and definitely see the benefits of them!
