“I love that I was able to select what goes in it. I was so impressed with the product I decided to get my whole family started on them. We all love the flavors ,but even if you want to try something new you can, which we are doing with our next shipment. I was a little concerned with the logistics and running out before my second box came, but no they came right in time. I have been very impressed with these vitamins and will be recommending them to whoever will listen.”

“Customer service and followup are excellent. Although the vitamins are easy to take and taste great, I still haven't seen much progress. I had my personalised stack and have now switched to the PCO stack, I will be tracking the progress and will update my review accordingly.”

“I really like the joint and recovery stacks. Unfortunately the sweetner didn't suit my stomach and so my mum finished the batch. She is 71 and finds that she is less stiff and has better mobility.”

“I have really been struggling with my health recently. Terrible pain from PCOS and very low iron and vitamin D. I have had no energy and just all round miserable. I got some news from the Dr which is made me take a long hard look at my health and he recommended I started taking vitamins. I needed so many different vitamins and supplements I was positively rattling until I found nourished. I can get everything all in one! I have definitely noticed a huge change in my energy and overall wellness. I feel better! I love how it’s so customisable and fresh. I 1000% recommend!”
