“It's great to know that I don't need to have heaps of different bottles of vitamins, instead all in one (v tasty I should add) gummy. The fact that I can tweak and change it depending on general life ups & downs and what I need at the time, is a further bonus :)”

“So far I am pleased with the Nourished vitamins. I used to stop and start vitamins, but as these are jelly-like vitamins, it makes it more interesting to eat. I have them on an empty stomach as soon as I wake up. I am yet to see any dramatic changes from taking them, I have been on them around 6-7 weeks now. But I will continue and see how I feel. I don't think the white packaging is very exciting, for each individual wrapped one - would make it more interesting if it was clear so you could see the gummy. This however, doesn't impact the nutritional benefits!”

I know they use the best in class ingredients (such as HydroCurc) as I do my own research. I love the customisability and the customer service is first class. “I’ve been taking nourished for 2 months now. I had been struggling to find something that fit perfectly with me. The nourished quiz was so helpful and I knew for my that point on I was getting exactly what I needed. I find the texture a little mushy but I’m used to it now and if you get the flavour right it really helps. It’s so easy to remember every morning and I love that it’s made just for me!”

“now on my second month and quite happy chewing my daily pastille as opposed to the usual tablets that I find 'boring' as a supplement. Having only just recovered from a digestive issue this alternative aid is making me feel more alive and well. I have also changed my diet to make recovery sustainable and this extra boost for my system seems to be positive. I understand it takes three months for any noticeable effect but on the whole feeling healthier and more happy in myself. Might change the flavours for next month just as a trial.”
