“It’s been a short time with these new multi vitamins but I can feel a change in my energy levels and general fitness. Part of me wonders if this is psychosomatic and more time is needed to assess the full possibilities. I am very happy with the product, taste and initial response to its being used.”

“I used to take multiple vitamins every day to help with different issues I had, but they always used to make me feel a bit sick. Nourished is completely different. I was able to put in what I needed my vitamins for and was even able to pick what taste they had! Now I have my vitamin with breakfast and it's like a treat because it's really nice. I've noticed a difference in my energy and focus which is what I picked that I wanted to improve and I'm keen to keep going. I'm very impressed.”

“Chewing one of their tailor made vitamins each morning consistently has really helped give me that little extra health boost towards my goals. Vitamins, alongside lots of water, calorie counting and consistant gym use has helped me lose 2.5KG this week. I've tried to lose weight in the past 6 months but these vitamins have definitely helped my energy levels etc. Maybe it's a placebo effect who knows haha but I'm not complaining. I feel good.”
