“Great idea to be able to customise vitamins - nice options and flavours but some doses are a bit low. There is also an issue where vitamins take a long time to arrive, so you can run out or build up a pile of too many”

Hey Hannah - Thanks for taking the time to leave us a review! The dosages that we provide in our stacks meet the recommended intakes set by the NHS. Our stacks are freshly made to order so do need a little time to be made just for you and delivered. The subscription is fully flexible and you can change the dates of your orders too

“I really love these! They taste great, they have a good texture (I’m very texture-sensitive). Getting 7 supplements in one is fab and they feel like such a treat. Being individually wrapped is super helpful. It took awhile to get my first box, about two weeks, then after three weeks I got an email to say my next one was being prepared (great!) but then it was silence for two weeks…. I was really disappointed that I’d ran out and hadn’t received the next box, and a bit concerned about the company, however the customer service was great- I got in touch and they fixed it straight away and promised a 30% discount on next months, I also received the box within a few days. That was very reassuring. I notice improvements from the iron and potentially some other health changes but I’m only 6 weeks in so it is a bit early! I’m going to edit it slightly to get more benefits and find the best mixture for me. I’m really happy with this and very much recommend it, I’ve been recommending it to everyone!”

“Gummies taste nice, well packaged and presented. The only downside is that sometimes the deliveries are late. Other than that, it's a good product and saves a lot of time by packing all your vitamins into one gummy.”

“I’m someone who cannot smell the standard vitamins you can get in stores which has impacted on my ability to take them. These are brilliant and have tricked my sense of smell! Even though I’ve only been taking my vitamins for a couple of weeks, I do feel like I have more energy. I am more alert, and I also think my occasional mood swings have eased! Will see how it goes for the next couple of months!”

“I have been taking the vitamin gummy stacks for a month to help with menopausal symptoms and to improve my immune system. In my last review I reported that I had no menopausal symptoms. I contacted the Nourished team and indicated that due to the menopause I am gaining weight and even though I try to eat healthy and exercise, I just maintain my weight. They recommended that I should try their new weight loss gummy that would help me on my healthy weight loss journey. I have been taking them for 2 weeks and I have lost 4 pounds (2 kg). Thank you!”
