“I do like this brand, it makes it very easy for me to be picky about exactly which vitamins I want in my stack, and when. For example, when I changed my contraceptive hormones, I added a layer supporting ovarian function, which I believe helped me. After 2 months I switched back to my regular immunity support supplement stack. I'm sleeping better than ever and my immunity is excellent at present. The vitamins themselves are quite thick, I keep mine in a large glass jar rather than in the pack they come in.”

“I subscribed to Nourished just over a month ago. I suffer with menopausal symptoms and frequently get colds and infections. The process of personalising my nutrient gummy stacks was straightforward and user friendly. I was kept up to date on the process of preparing my personalised stack and notified when delivery would take place, it therefore took the worry out of missing delivery of the stacks whilst I was out. When the gummy stacks arrived, although I was not home, they were beautifully boxed up and fit easily through the letterbox. I still can't believe that the gummy stacks are printed using 3D printing technology. When I opened the box the gummy stacks were beautifully presented with a list of ingredients in each stack, together with the fact that the stacks are so delicious, you forget that you are taking vitamins. They gummy stacks are so tasty and definitely give me an energy boost. However, they actually work - I haven't experienced any menopausal symptoms since taking the gummy stacks. I will remain a loyal customer and highly recommend Nourished - there is just no other way to take vitamins that fit easily in your bag or pocket. Please don't delay and try them now. I am looking forward to receiving my second order. I am so excited that I'm telling everyone about Nourished!”

“Really enjoying my stacks. I'm definitely feeling the difference in my training and recovery and the fact it's hassle free and I don't need to work out what I need is even better. There was an issue with my first delivery but I contacted customer support and really can't fault the customer service. They were extremely helpful and had it all straightened out very quickly!”

“After the first box I didn’t really notice anything, they tasted great, they look funky and it’s a nice way to start the day. I’m on my second box now and I’ve gotten into a steady routine of taking one each morning, I’m not sure if it’s the vitamins and extracts that are in my stack or if it’s just because they taste so good but I’m starting to really like taking them, generally feeling better in myself, possibly a bit more energy through the day and better sleep too. For my third box I have changed the flavour just to try something different 🤞🏼 I have no intention of stopping 💪🏼”

“Nourished came into my life at the perfect time. Fed up with the number of supplements I was taking daily, I was on the brink of giving up. Now all I have to do is, mindfully, chew a pastel of my chosen flavour- cola being is my go-to, reminding me of my fav childhood sweet. “I’ve always found it difficult to remember to take regular pills, especially keeping up with vitamins while I’m on holiday etc. The last 2 months of taking nourished supplements, it’s been so easy to remember to take and actually enjoyable. The texture is slightly more mushy than I’d imagined but not unpleasant. The only let down for me is the slow production, I’ve had a wait time between finishing one month and starting the next, which is a shame.”

We do usually time the orders so that you should have no gaps between your orders as we understand the importance of consistent consumption, however sometimes external delivery factors can cause delays.

“So far I am happy with nourished. They do seem to take a while to come so there was a gap between the boxes. 2 months in I feel a slight change. I like that you can adapt them to changing needs. They are yummy and easy to take which is great. The stacking is kinda cool. I think I will keep going with them and think really it will be a few more months until I see/feel the full results.
