“I’ve been taking these vitamins for several years now and find them such an enjoyable way to keep myself nourished! They are tasty like a little treat each day and so good to be able to personalise them to your exact needs. I was having issue with super dry hair and skin and get so many compliments on both now. You just need to be consistent. Have recommend to friends who have taken them up and love them too.”

“Great product love the idea of customising your stack and the ease of doing it . The flavour I have is lovely only problem is I want to eat them all like sweets !! Price is great when you get the discounts a little expensive otherwise but I see it as an investment in my health”

“In my first month of Nourished after having a baby. It’s great to know I’m getting the right vitamins for my health goals, in one chewable gummy (no swallowing pills) and packaging is sustainable. My only issue is the price. Not sure I’ll commit to an all year round subscription but it’s still early to see the impact of taking them.”

“I started these for my son who was suffering with anxiety and other issues of a similar nature. After the first month I saw a real difference in his attitude and outlook. He was energised, focused and smiling much more. Although he has always eaten well and had a healthy balanced diet there was obviously something missing. As he grows into a teen there are now just the normal issues any preteen has! He takes no convincing to take them either. I've recommended the brand to many friends and family, just to try and se eif there's a difference.”

“I am just finishing one month of taking my vitamins. Just so happens I had blood work dine the other day and a doctor visit today. My blood count is finally up. I have had low blood for years. This is the first time it has been normal since I can remember. Hopefully I will get my new batch soon. It has been delayed due to the holidays and the weathet.”

“I love the Nourished vitamin supplements! It’s so easy to customize to your needs, AND it’s easy to change/adjust as needed! They taste great too! My only small complaint is about the shipping. I’m in the US and the shipping from UK has been a bit of a hassle due to customs delays, etc. I know the shipping issues are beyond Nourished control, I only wish for future possibility that Nourished may have a site in the US, or global shipping issues improve. My friends and family have asked questions about my supplements and I always recommend Nourished 😊”

“Really pleased with how easy the process was and love the idea! Packaging is extremely convinient as it fits through your letter box, but perhaps a little un nessasary to individually wrap each product - maybe an advent calender style approach could be made to reduce the amount of waste? Just an idea! Taste wise I could genuinely eat them like sweets, I went for the sour apple flavour and love it, I think because they taste so good im never missing a day like I would with regular vitmatmins. I'm yet to feel any benifficial effects other than improved sleep which I assume is thanks to the zinc, it simply hasn't been long enough so i may update my review in the future. The drawbacks for me - the fact they don't have quite as many vitamins in as a regular multi vitamin, meaning really I should take extra vitmatmins as well as these, and then lastly, the price - being completely honest to be as helpful as possible, this product is only of interest to me at the discounted prices, otherwise I think normal over the counter vitamins are better value - you do of course lose out on the cinvinence and taste of Nourished products. Overall though really happy with my experience so far! Great work nourished team!”

“I'm only a couple of weeks in to my vitamins but I enjoy taking them and it's super easy to remember to do as they are really very nice. I wish the packaging was a bit prettier or fancier but I guess that's not really what is important. 4* so far because feel I need to reserve a bit of judgement over a longer period in terms of effects.”

“I would rate 5* but due to affordability factor, I have knocked a star off. The vitamin gummies are really yummy and I look forward to mine in the morning. I have felt good since I started taking them. Overall a really positive experience, just a shame they are so expensive, but as a fairly premium product you do get what you pay for!”

“Customer service is great, my first package came misprinted on just the packets (there was an “a” at the end of my name instead of “e”) and they were very quick and thorough to make sure it was just a misprint and not a total order mixup. Price is good for what it is. It’s not too expensive when you think about everything you’re getting in one daily vitamin versus what you would pay for them separately, and being that I’m already on a lot of meds, it saves me time and space. I have had no issue with the deliveries, they come pretty fast and there wasn’t any time between my first and second box, so I was able to continue on my schedule. All in all, I think there’s a lot for me to benefit from with my mix, but I just haven’t had them long enough to say I actually feel any different yet and give them the full 5 stars. Hopefully with my third month next month I’ll start feeling some difference. Definitely going to stick with them though for a while, as I like the personalization. :)”
