“After a month of using this product I saw a huge difference in energy and my cycle came back can’t recommend this enough only 4 stars as I’m not a huge fan of the texture but this just shows how good this product is that I still have this on a monthly subscription”

“Love Nourished! I was running low on energy and getting sick all the time so thought I needed to update my vitamin regime - I tried another brand first but they were pills that were too big to swallow and tasted disgusting! So I tried Nourished - I went for the strawberry sour flavour and it's just like eating a sweet, yummy! My energy levels are so much better now after less than a month of taking them! I've only knocked 1 star off as they are quite pricey and I'm not sure if I'll always be able to afford them but will keep purchasing for as long as I can! Definitely recommend!”

“The service at Nourished is great, I wanted to change my stack and they were on hand to advise the best options. Since I started my sleep and concentration has improved so much. They are a little pricy but worth it for the health benefits and convenience.”

“I get the pineapple sour flavour and they taste amazing - a great way to make sure I actually look forward to taking my vitamins. Thety are cheaper than buying 7 separate supplements but I would appreciate slightly higher doses of some of the options (I have to take extra separately for some, which then makes the price add up again) but otherwise a great way to get 7-in-1 without having to buy it all separately.”

The pineapple flavour coating is super delicious isn't it 😋🍍 Our stacks do have a higher absorbency and efficacy rate compared to the standard encapsulated vitamins. We provide the recommended dosages too 🤩 It is great to hear that you are enjoying your personalised Nourished stacks!

“Honestly. I do not know how positive an effect nourished have had. The most positive for me is that they have had no negative effect. They do seem to have contributed to an improved wellbeing, along with improved diet and exercise. It's great to be able to customise them to my specific issues and the customer service has been excellent. It does feel an expensive option but given general improvement in wellbeing; happy to continue.”

“Love the full customization available with these. I’m able to get options that I need that aren’t available in standard gummies without taking seven different pills. I would prefer if some of the dosages were higher but you can add two layers of a vitamin to double up. The only down side for me is that I was hoping the coating flavor would be the majority of what I taste. Instead, some of the strong flavors in the layers like lemongrass overpower it.”

We really appreciate your feedback about the taste of the stacks, we do use natural flavourings within our ingredients, but some vitamins are stronger in taste than others. We do have a collection of different flavours to try 🍍🍓, and more in the pipeline ready to launch soon! “I just received my first box so I can’t give a full 5 stars on efficacy, but they are delicious and I look forward to taking my vitamins every morning. Beware that it does take a while to get your first shipment (up to 14 days), but I expected that since they are customized.”

“So far, I'm loving my printed gummies. I don't like to swallow pills and that is a deterrent for me to stay compliant with my supplements. The taste and quality of Nourished gummies is exceptional. I wish they made it a bit easier to personalize what you want in your stack (you have to hack the system a bit by figuring out which ones you want and requesting them when you first build your stack). Since I do a lot of research in this space, I didn't really need the survey to customize it for me, I just want to be able to pick and choose exactly which supplements I want.”
